Spell: Via Luna Ocula (Feat)

     The Mojo Rules! roleplay rules system defines characters by their abilities and unique features, which we call feats. Spell: Via Luna Ocula is a feat for characters who've been born or spent time in the Relic realm of Suzerain.

Cost:

     Standard, 5 ranks.

Pre-requisites:

     Restricted Feat. A rank of Membership: Mages Guild Of Caladon equal to half his rank in this feat.

Description:

     Any wizard who casts this spell can see in even pitch black conditions. Adventurer mages who seek the buried relics of the Trader civilization tend to learn this spell as one of their first. It's more reliable than a flaming torch, and doesn't give your position away.

     Casting Time: 15 Ticks.

     Cost to Cast: 2 Pulse.

     Range: Self only.

     Duration: 5 Minutes per rank.

     To Resist: Not applicable.

     Effect: The character can see for [10+10] m as if a bright full moon is shining down on the scene. This allows him (and only him) to see fairly normally, but colors and fine detail are lost. If the light conditions are brighter anyway, he gets no benefit, but could still see into cave entrances while walking past on a sunny day, for instance.
