Setward Isles Homeland (Feat)





     The Mojo Rules! roleplay rules system defines characters by their abilities and unique features, which we call feats. Setward Isles Homeland is a feat for characters who've been born or spent time in the Untamed Empires (external link) realm of Suzerain.

Cost:

     (Rank 1) 0K. (Rank 2) 5K.

Pre-requisites:

     Starter Feat. The character may not have any other homeland feat.

Description:

     The character grew up in one of the island communities that exist to serve the treasure fleets, plantation owners, and pirates. Alternately, he is a native of the Setward Isles' human tribes or nymph grottoes. Local spirituality and the doctrines of the Church often merge here and work together to create a heady mix of mystical belief as rich as the smell of spices on the wind. The character gets +1 to checks when resisting supernatural abilities. He also knows enough about the Isles to equal the Knowledge - Setward Isles (Rank 1) feat.

     At (Rank 2) the character gains the following benefits instead: he gets +1 to all Spirit-based checks. He also knows enough about the Isles to equal the Knowledge - Setward Isles (Rank 3) feat.

     Note: This feat should be written up under the 'Homeland' heading of the character sheet. As a result it doesn't count towards the character's feat limit.
