Description:

     The Prophet Morgan was the servant of the healing Prophet Clarissa Boldheart and, although they travelled together, she was widely known while he remained in relative obscurity. Upon her death, he continued their work and became a huge influence in the Church. These days, few people think of Clarissa Boldheart except when retelling the story of mighty Morgan The Dappled.

     Time To Recite: 10 seconds

     Cost To Recite: 7 Pulse

     Range: 2m

     Duration: 30 minutes

     Fallow Time: 2 hours

     Effect: Whenever the target takes physical damage, 10 seconds later he heals one point of that damage (if it's a mixture of damage types, he chooses which point he regains). This time drops from 10 seconds depending on the successes of the Recite Prayer check - lower it by [1+1] second to minimum of 1 second.
